Topics for Narrtive
Ten ideas for prompts for my narrative include the following. Overcoming the challenges of type one diabetes, or anything related such as when i broke my neck, or got a major concussion. Two others could possibly be related to my sports, wrestling and football particularly the effect my wrestling coaches had on shaping my life. Another could be the the car accident that nearly killed my brother. I could also talk about adopting my little sister maiya. Lastly, a possibility for a topic could be attending catholic for four years from the change of public. All of these topics have affected my major of biomedical, some more then others.

Wow sounds like some rich history to bounce off ideas! Is there a specific moment when in the hospital where the idea of being biomed "clicked" for you? A specific injury maybe? I can understand how all of these would contribute to your major, but was there a firm "i will be biomed to fix this" mindset after each injury, or not until a specific one? I have had a lot of injuries similarly and I know personally i didnt connect them, i didnt anything more of it than an injury. At what point or after which injury had you decided? This I think would be the strongest memory to write about in your narrative. does that make sense?
ReplyDeleteThere seem to be plenty of good ideas that you can choose from but you should really think about what ideas really appealed to you and what ideas you are really passionate about and what ideas you will have more material to write about. Like for instance my paper will be about the four years i spent on my robotics team and i have a lot of memories from that and things that i could talk about that have helped me decide what i wanted to do when i go to college and there should not be a lack of stuff to write about with your topic.
